This role is designed for Women with experience in building brands in the region, we currently have a head of Marketing and we need a strong manager to work along her side to build our Social Media, Paid Ads and D2C strategy and ensure our growth plan in D2C is in line with our global plan.

Strategic Marketing

Develop a marketing plan (digital & offline), its strategy, roadmap and its budget
Ensure the respect and the coherence of the visual identity on every channels
Data management: reporting, analysis, segmentation

Digital Marketing

Management of the digital and E-Commerce roadmap with the digital marketing agency
Develop and support the acquisition strategy with our media buying agency
Strengthen the brand positioning, key messages in English & Arabic
Support the content creation strategy on every online channel: website, social media, ads, email, SMS, magazines by developing UGC, social proof content

Social Media & Content

Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies along with our social media executive
Content development & social media: develop our accounts, grow our community, develop funny and engaging content, captions, imagine & create the post/stories on our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube & Snapchat) along with our social media agency
Develop strategy & partnership on social media with other brands

Influencers- Affiliate-PR

Define the influence marketing strategy and the mechanisms adapted to the acquisition of new customers (selection of profiles, negotiations and planning of content)
Identify and build relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in the Middle-East such as mummy influencers
Unite a community of influencers around Citron. to become a loved brand in the region
Create the content strategy with them on Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Tiktok
Analysis of key KPIs and performance reporting (acquisition cost, conversion rate, cost per click)
Build a strong PR strategy with the main magazines, medias in the region and
support brand coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need:

Be based in the UAE/Dubai
A positive mindset – Seeing inefficiencies and challenges as possibilities for greatness
Entrepreneurial hustle
Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years as an e-commerce manager, performance marketing or similar in the region
A demonstrable record of devising sales enhancing strategies
Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
Exceptional communication skills, and receptive to feedback
A appreciation of balance between functionality and aesthetics
Problem-solving aptitude
A self-starter who can launch new initiatives and act autonomously
A highly commercial outlook with a focus on ROI
A strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing statistics, and digital marketing up-funnel metrics
Experience of publishing, wellness or adjacent businesses is highly meritorious
Experience with Shopify
Experience with SEO, SEM,SEA
