Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Generating clients and closing deals
Candidate must be well aware about both primary and secondary market
Must focus more on sales than rentals
Should be a strong agent to perform consistently
Call prospective Landlords/Sellers
Good networking skills
Skills Required
Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut and other portals
Reaching out to new prospects
Ability to understand and present contracts
Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Mandatory Driving License
Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals
