Responsibilities

Recruiting agents with high growth potential through cold calling, emailing, networking events or other forms of communications.
Upload job postings and ads
Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to make sure they are qualified
Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application
Manage the hiring process
Set up interviews and make recommendations to the managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team

Qualifications:

3 years experience as a recruiter
Experience in real estate recruiting
Verbal and written communication skills
