KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF MARKETING MANAGER.

Develop strategic marketing plans and programs for the brand to achieve corporate objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and market share
Constantly works on improving traffic and conversion rates through tactical promotions and strategic partnerships with suppliers and key media partners including influencers, social media platforms, radio and TV stations
Strong background with social media applications and their analysis
Build rewarding and profitable relationships with influencers
Initiate and implement regional in-store events, media and PR relations, sponsorship.
Prepare the annual budget and business plan of the entity in line with the company’s year-end targets
Analyse marketing trends and market situation in the region in order to adjust strategy and tactics, as well as identify opportunities to increase sale and recommend future product development
Negotiate and monitor vendor terms to ensure marketing expenses are in line with the budget
Manage marketing, creative and PR teams on a regional level to ensure financial targets are met, brand positioning is consistent and relationships with third parties are maximised.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields
Saudi National preferred
Must be able to communicate in both Arabic and English
At least 5 years experience in directing and leading the marketing team of restaurant companies
Experience in marketing communication, with good knowledge of restaurant operations and management
Strong drive for results.
