Title: Senior HR Specialist
Based at: Head Office (Khobar, Eastern Province)
Position reports to: General Manager
Main Purpose of the Job:
Future Fun is a fast-growing company looking for a strong and determined senior HR specialist to lead its’ futuristic projects. We are looking for senior HR specialist who seeks to provide a consistently enriching environment and an encouraging supportive culture for our staff. The ideal candidate is able to build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the departments. We are dedicated to leading with empathy in mind and strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs to be effective and efficient during their careers. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated with a positive attitude, and exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Payroll
Government website (GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Qiwa, Ministry of labour, Tamm, Chambre of Commerce)
Recruitment (Saudis and expacts)
Medical ensurance
Organizational development (job descriptions, salaries, bonuses, yearly increases, performance)
Legal knowledge (labour law)
Personal (work culture, internal conflicts, compliance)
Training
HR systems
Onboarding and exiting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
3 to 5 years of experience.
Conduct professional and official reports and presentations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must.
Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
