Regional Channel Marketing Manager – MEA Job Vacancy In Dubai

At GAMA Healthcare we help prevent infections and save lives. Our product portfolio ranges from disinfectant wipes and hand gels (Clinell) to medical equipment (Rediroom). As infection prevention has become a global priority, the demand has increased for our innovative, reliable products across new industries and new countries.

This growth trajectory has led us to grow internationally and now we are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead the execution of Category plans in the Region, by implementing and adapting the global marketing toolkits, in collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director and inspired from a deep understanding of customer segmentation and commercial drivers.

The successful candidate will follow a hybrid working pattern, be prepared to travel and be permanent based in Dubai. You will have excellent Arabic, English and ideally French communication skills.

What will you be doing in this role?

Leading regionally the implementation of Category/Brand guidance through concrete channel marketing tools
Collaborate with the Global Channel Marketing Director to inform and influence global Marketing plans on NPDs and base business development
Managing the Channel Marketing budget in the Region for maximum impact
Coordinating the regional implementation of global Channel segmentation
Contributing actively as a member of the Regional Leadership Team.
Collaborating with Regulatory, Clinical and Technical functions to improve continuously our competitive position

Potential candidates will posses:

Deep understanding of the channel marketing tools applicable in an international, mainly medical environment
Deep understanding of the direct and indirect distribution models, including influencing remote/indirect organisations
High collaboration skills in a matrix environment, across Sales and Marketing functions, as well as peer-driven decision making
Experience working with both medical and retail channels, internationally
Sensitivity and adaptability to a high degree of cultural differences and communication vehicles

What will you need to be successful?

Evidence of relevant Channel Marketing expertise across geographies.
Experience working successfully in multi-functional teams
Strong market knowledge of the medical sector/healthcare markets
Experience launching innovative products in healthcare settings

Collaborator: building strong connections across all levels in GAMA to take full advantage of synergy opportunities and best practices across the global business.
Project management: for managing a complex commercial set up.
Stakeholder Management: build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders across Global, Regional and National organisations.
Interpersonal and networking skills: creating effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and staff.
