Job description- Tele-calling executive

We are currently looking for a Telecalling executive who can handle inbound calls as well as cold calls to potential clients at our Kuwait Branch.

Job Description

· Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

· Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

· Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

· Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

· Cold calling on the data provided by the company.

· Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

· Answering customers’ questions in regards to products and services.

· Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

· Getting trained on the company products.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.

· Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

· Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

· Ability to solve complex problems promptly.

· Ability to deal with different personalities.

· Good time management skills.

· Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Location: Kuwait (Candidate should be located in Kuwait)
