Core Responsibilities:

Receiving inbound calls with existing and prospective customers while maintaining the established standards of the quality and quantity of calls.

Identify customer problems and offer solutions.

Identify and maximize selling and cross selling opportunities.

Requirements:

Min 1 year call center experience.

Bilingual candidates, fluent in English (B2 level and above) and Arabic

Graduate.

Anywhere in the UAE.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Work from home option also available.
