Knowledge of Rental proposals of Tenancy contracts.
Knowledge of Ejari System and certificates .
Operate office equipment such as scanners copiers and use computers for Microsoft Office programs Set up .
Ability to maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records correspondence and other material.
Handling emails , drafting messages , prepare letters , notice for residents , communicate with Dubai government entities.
Schedule meetings and keep documents up-to-date by renewing and set office plans.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in same role in real estate company.
