EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related field.
· Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance in Saudi.
· Preferably with fund management background and familiar with Capital Market Authority regulations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Current offering (Real Estate Funds).
• Create financial models to evaluate potential new development or investments opportunities.
• Create financial models to evaluate property investment exit strategies with operating costs/revenue and income streams.
• Perform market research to determine/verify a project’s economics and to verify assumptions used in models.
• Work with Development Associates to resolve development issues.
• Assist with acquisition due diligence.
• Assist with physical due diligence (including review of contracts, preparing the studies, gathering the consultants) of potential acquisitions.
• Perform rental rate analysis. Cultivate broker relationships for market information.
• Monitoring and control to comply with Capital Market Authority rules & regulations.
