Business Development Manager – Staffing and Recruitment

 

A well-established recruitment consultancy is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Job Summary: The key purpose of this role is to conduct the sales activity for our recruitment business by creating new business opportunities and leads, build and grow relationships with key stakeholders in organizations, gather insights on their hiring plans, and propose an ideal way to help support them.

Salary: AED 15,000 + Commission

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop target lists of companies that are hiring through market research in different sectors.
Drive lead generation and grow the outbound pipeline.
Develop detailed strategies to target high-quality leads through profiling.
Source key contact information using various online tools and tactics.
Meet with companies to do a talent customer discovery to understand their growth plans and hiring challenges and see how we can support them.
Communicate clearly and persuasively our services, adjusting the sales pitch to meet the specific needs of each lead.
Manage multiple leads at the same time, ensuring all potential leads have an exceptional customer experience.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in Staffing and Recruitment Industry in UAE.
Must have an established relevant agency network.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is a must.
Must be target oriented.
Experience with CRM software.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
