We are working on Telesales vacancies with Etisalat-UAE
The job location is in Ajman and a minimum requirement of a full 1 year of experience in Telesales is required.
Ideal candidates must be familiar with outbound sales calls etiquette and comfortable to speak fluently in both Arabic & English.
Minimum required Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree
The Telesales Agent will have a monthly target to achieve and when achieving it, s/he will receive a monthly incentive paid on top of the salary. Sh/e will be selling Etisalat’s B2B services and products to Businesses.
Working hours:
Mon-Sat (except Friday) from:8:30am – 5:30pm
Friday (half day) from 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: off
Job Description:
1. Provide up to date, accurate, and appropriate information to customers.
2. Effectively interprets the needs of the customer, maintains and enhances standards of quality of service being provided.
3. Use all call-handling procedures at opening, during the conversation, and while ending the call.
4. Act as a sales consultant to advice customers to the right service he is looking for.
5. Performs outbound calls for customer sales/ retention in cooperation Contact Center Services
6. Assuring revenue growth by cross & up selling business products and services to match customer’s needs.
7. Adhering to the pre-set performance & quality KPIs as per the quality assurance guidelines.
8. Achieving assigned revenue, sales & retention targets
9. Handling the customer’s email, sending proposals and completing the requirement as per the standard processes.
10. Retaining customers requesting cancellation by communicating retention offers, selected based on a customer’s value and churn reason (utilizing the retention tool).- based on customized campaigns if any.
11. Recording all customer’s requirement (sales details) in the system correctly.
12. Accurately understanding reasons for customer dissatisfaction and customer needs.
13. Ensuring customer satisfaction & retention.
14. Identifying improvement opportunities and proactively provide feedback.
15. Using sales scripts, objection handling techniques & other sales tools/tactics provided by Etisalat team during the training period and by floor management after joining the team.
16. Showing high level of compliance towards Etisalat different processes & policies
