The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the senior management with day-to-day administrative support. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments and managing communications.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments and bookings.

· Organizing and maintaining diaries.

· Manage all incoming and outgoing communications

· Carrying out background research and presenting findings.

· Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.

· Organizing, booking and attending meetings when needed.

· Schedule travel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Smart, fast learner, self-motivated, and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

· At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbally and written.

· Basic knowledge of Mandarin language is preferable.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and strict deadlines.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Owning a car with a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
