As a Senior Sales Property Consultant, your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional real estate services to Local, regional and international clients and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
– Generate leads through networking and various marketing efforts.
– Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
– Showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
– Negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
– Stay up-to-date with the real estate market and trends.
– Achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
– Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– UAE driving license is mandatory.
– Thorough knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
