Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Maintain familiarity with all office listings but importantly manage listings assigned by management including regularly liaising with vendors, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils, and any other essential party.
Complete all necessary documentation for listing and selling property including preparation and execution of sales agency agreements and advertising materials.
Demonstrate a commitment to satisfying Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements and therefore maintain current registration or license.
Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
Be responsible for the accuracy and media insertions about the marketing of a property.
Endeavour to maintain an understanding of local and national real estate markets.
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.
Perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard.
Maintain a high professional and ethical profile by industry and company standards.
Perform related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Weekend working on a rotational basis.
End-to-end management of sales transactions.
Attract property owners to list their properties for sale with SIP (Sherwoods)
Show prospective buyers around the properties that SIP (Sherwoods) has for sale.
Close Sales.
Ensure any sales are closed and all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices.
Designate two geographic areas where you will work and become an expert.
Mandatory attendance of all company meetings and training.
Update the CRM on the progress of listings, leads and ongoing deals.
Be reachable on your company and personal number at reasonable times.
Communicate with clients exclusively with company email and company number only.
Use only company email and company landline or mobile numbers for communication with clients or related parties to the company.
Maintain good care of company devices and property.
You may also be requested to work on some occasions at weekends or in the evenings to fit in with clients viewing requirements.
