The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client’s reservations, including Restaurants, Travel itinerary, Hotels and Leisure activities ensuring that all dining experiences are smooth and enjoyable.
Key roles and responsibilities
· Reservations at a variety of restaurants, including high-end and/or hard-to-book establishments.
· Obtaining VIP access to the most ultra-exclusive events, beach clubs, day clubs and restaurants around the world
· Assistance in organizing weddings, parties, and any other informal events
· Maintaining good relationships with restaurant managers and staff to ensure the best possible dining experience for the client.
· Handling any issues in a high ethical standards and professionalism in a high-pressure situation and/or environment that may arise during the reservation and/or dining experience.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and dining experiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Must be professional and Excellent in communication Skills
· Native English speaker can apply
· Passionate about the culinary arts by offering recommendations for a variety of cuisine, hotels and leisure activities.
· Confident personality, enjoy networking with clients, multitasking skills, good time-management, and with a can-do attitude
· Extremely organized, tidy, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of multiple complex client schedules
· Willing to work overtime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and/or holidays.
· Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred, but not required.
