The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel/Book tickets
Fast and efficient in note taking, writing, listening and typing skills.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance
screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, and often corresponding on behalf of the manager
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
Other duties as assigned by the position’s line manager and/or the company’s management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Ability to travel
Knowledge of MS office

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

The position holder should have

· Communication skills (written & spoken) in English; other languages preferable

· Time management skills

· Prioritization skills

· Follow-up skills

· High degree of organization
