The Marketing Specialist is key to helping the department to run smoothly by ensuring a timely coordination with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers. Individuals applying for this role should have demonstrated the ability to handle variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING COORDINATION:
Receive all requests, evaluate the brief compliance to process or cancel the request & communicate with the requester
Follow up on request from brief to delivery with all stakeholders (Program Managers, CRM, Management)
Sharing all content for approval with the right stakeholders
Responsible to produce all communications (emails, social posts)
Assists and manages the development, coordination and execution of all communications activities including photo and video shoots with coaches and members or partners.
Coordinate and manage all events
Tracks all marketing activity and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations/updates for the Management team on marketing performance and activities
SOCIAL MEDIA:
Maintain the brand social media pages as per requirements (updates, info)
Create monthly content calendar, collect content from PM and publish across all platforms including but not limited social media, blog…
Track weekly all Program social media posts
TEAM SUPPORT:
Maintain the template library on Canva
Follow up on deadlines with creative suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years relevant experience in the same industry
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Must possess at least one of a Google Analytics, G. Adwords, Facebook blue print or 3rd Certifications in digital Marketing.
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Have multi-tasking skills
Be able to adapt to a fast-moving environment to respond to an immediate business need.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Highly proficient in English language
