Reservations Agent
Handles all incoming and outgoing reservations of the Hotel with thorough follow up and accuracy.
Maintains a proper filing system for all resort reservations.
Ensures optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue according to matrix established.
Maintains an effective co-ordination with the Sales team in respect to resort’s reservations.
Interact with guests as well as individuals outside the resort including but not limited to travel industry representations, competitors and other members of the local community.
Handles all the reservations in the system and upkeep proper records.
Communicates with the Front Office manager all information likely to be of interest, such as the expected arrival and departures of VIP’s and all other pertinent information.
