Job Title: Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist with Social Media Expertise (Arabic/English)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual with a passion for graphic design and marketing to join our team. As a Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs and content for a range of marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website design. Fluency in Arabic and English is a requirement for this position.
Responsibilities:
* Create and design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, and website banners in both Arabic and English
* Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the company’s brand image and marketing goals
* Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, in both Arabic and English
* Develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness in both Arabic and English
* Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in graphic design and marketing, with a portfolio of work to showcase
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
* Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
* Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
