Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
Engineering Degree in Mechanical-Must
15+ years overall experience, 5 years in GCC region in a project of similar scale with
experience in the Education Sector.
Strong knowledge of MEP/Civil systems.
Strong knowledge of soft FM services including cleaning, landscaping, waste
management, pest and rodent control, security, and porter services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Fluent language ability in both spoken and written English & Arabic is a must.
Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Ability to plan and organize and supervise teams and be decisive when required.
Strong knowledge of technical local regulations, laws, and international codes.
Strong knowledge in Asset management.
Strong knowledge about authorities’ process and sustainability methodology.
