They are looking for an IT Specialist to join their growing team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing all IT assets within the client’s projects and hotels, this includes hardware, software, network equipment, and related resources.
Maintaining an accurate inventory, optimizing asset utilization, and ensuring data security.
Work closely with the IT Manager to implement asset management strategies that support our business objectives.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
Track asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement in asset management.
Ensure compliance with licensing and usage policies.
Perform regular audits to confirm the physical location and status of assets.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
IT Asset Management certification (e.g., ITAM Foundation, IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional) is preferred.
3 years of experience in IT asset management or related roles, 1 year of hospitality experience is a must
