Duties and responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Familiarity with network protocols, security protocols, and infrastructure components.
-Proficiency in operating systems (Windows) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite).
• Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and remote support tools.
