What the core duties of a real estate broker are:
• Find Properties via our vast database of landlords/sellers
• List said properties making them the most appealing to prospective clients
• Receive leads on the above properties
• Arrange viewings and carry them out with expert knowledge
• Receive offers and work on negotiating with the landlord
• Sign contracts between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller.
