Cleaning superstore is looking for an Online Customer Service Specialist for our e-commerce website
The candidates role will be to :
Manage online orders
Ensure delivery of online orders – coordinate with delivery partners
Manage customer relations
Troubleshoot any customer complaints
Create a customer service funnel – Be it through email, WhatsApp etc
Create a team of customer service representatives in the near future
The Candidate must have :
Strong communication skills – Written and Spoken
Arabic and English Speaking
Arabic must be a Native Language
The job will be based in Ajman
