Step IT Institute requires a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the student’s process
Maintain contact and collaborate with students and teachers
Creating curriculums
Resolve educational issues with teachers and students
Supervising the academic activities of students
Daily attendance control: checking the timely entry by teachers of information about those present in the electronic journal, checking the number of groups
Newsletters to students
Assistance in organizing and holding events for students/meetings of the academic staff, involving events
Checking and entering the actual personal data of students into the electronic journal
Working with teachers: checking the classrooms after the start of classes (is everything working, is there everything you need in the classroom), helping teachers solve organizational issues.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Work experience in an educational institution for at least one year
Experience in working with large amounts of information
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to find an individual approach when working with clients
Fluent speaks and writes in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
At least 1 year of work experience in an educational institution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
