The CRM Officer role is to handle all inbound and outbound communications with internal and external clients using all available tools and channels.

Key Skills

Professional PC skills including ERB and MS Office.
Knowledge of Internet and additional applications (Graphic Designs, CRM platforms, Email Marketing, Survey and any other needed platform/software/app.
Familiarity with call center operations and practices.
Familiarity with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creative thinking and writing.
Problem solving.
Negotiating skills.
Time management.
Strong digital marketing skills.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and reading).

Key Tasks

In cooperation with Marketing team and any related department execute the annual calendar of Marketing initiatives using all available communication tools and channels, both to support planned online and offline activities, and as stand-alone campaigns designed to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Execute and follow up CRM and Direct Marketing programs.
Handle all complaints, queries and feedback for both internal and external clients.
Execute and follow up social media and email marketing campaigns.
Google and social media Ads Copywriting & Content Creation.
Deliver the best service to ensure satisfaction.
Deliver promotional packages and materials.
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.
Prepare all CRM reports.
Leads and manage projects and special tasks as assigned.
