Roles & Responsibilities:

Provides customer service and operational support for the Logistics Department, as an active team player to ensure the team meets all their relevant targets.
Takes the ownership in supporting action plans implementation.
Support the Operations in performance related to projects and initiatives.
Identify and solve logistic performance related problems by analyzing and deriving insights from a large, complex set of data.
Reporting and monitoring KPIs and performance SLAs.
Provide weekly/monthly updates review on projects, initiatives and performance progress.
Being an active team player and working hard to ensure the team meets their relevant targets.
Proactively create a presence within the workplace: acknowledging, responding and investigating any Operational and Customer Care feedback.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and policy refinement within the department and company.

Knowledge, Skills Required:

Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience.
Strong written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent Customer Service, communications and organizational skills.
