Job Description
• Identifying potential customers, dividing them into segments and targeting each one
• Preparing an Digital marketing plan based on the budget set by the management
• Publish advertising campaigns, read campaign performance indicators and improve them
• Create Retargeting campaigns
• Familiarity with apps digital marketing campaign
• Raising the CRO ratio for applications
• Knowledge and familiarity with software such as Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, GA4, GUA GTM
• Create advertising campaigns on social media platforms in addition to:
o Snapchat platform
o Instagram platform
o Twitter platform
o TikTok platform
o Facebook platform
o Google Ads platform (all its networks)
• Experience in improving landing pages and doing A/B Testing
• Evaluation, auditing, approval and follow-up of advertising content according to the policies of digital channels
• Coordination of all activities that are closely related to the advertisement.
• Arranging and coordinating with the financial in everything related to bills related to advertising campaigns.
• Work, support, and coordinate with the teams that relate to sales and marketing and work to attract new customers.
• Coordination of work between the marketing department and design in the field of creating the advertising campaign.
• Receiving various inquiries and complaints submitted by customers and responding to them as soon as possible
• To be proficient in handling customer requests as inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
• That the customer service employee implements all of the policies and instructions related to customer service that are approved by his direct manager
• Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on what has been accomplished at work
• Keeping various quality records and models related to customer service instructions, and various works that are subject to internal review
Required qualifications
• University degree in Marketing or similarity field
• At least three years of experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
• A brief history of previous work in the same field
