CALL CENTRE AGENTS – HEAD OFFICE
Role overview:
The Call Centre Agent is in charge of answering customer calls, taking restaurant reservations and solving problems. The reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers and assist callers to make reservations in our UAE restaurants. They work with customers over the phone and via email, and strive to provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge and experience required:
To be successful as a Call Centre Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have thorough and detailed knowledge of offers or promotions available in our various outlets.
Skills required:
Excellent communication in English, additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to handle customer complaints.
Remains calm under pressure and handles customer demands effectively.
Must have knowledge of restaurant operations
Proficiency in a reservation system required.
