Responsibilities
Schedule appointments through Records software
Communicate with clients through compliant platforms
Provide knowledgeable answers to clients questions
Communicate effectively between departments to facilitate clients needs
Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Be an adaptable team member that can accommodate change within the fast-paced call center
Resolve problems and handle client and colleague issues in a professional manner
Qualifications
Superior customer service skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a “knack” for conflict resolution
•Strong work ethic and a self-starter; Incredibly dependable, responsible and professional
•Does not allow stressful situations to deter them from the task at hand
•Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
•Arabic (Required)
