Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution/escalation as appropriate
Generate sales leads
Collect customer feedback to monitor satisfaction rates and improve outcomes
Qualifications
At least 1 year of work experience in Customer Services
Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Bilingual
