We are looking for Customer Service Agents. You will be responsible for handling calls, attending enquiries, resolving complaints and generating sales leads

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution/escalation as appropriate
Generate sales leads
Collect customer feedback to monitor satisfaction rates and improve outcomes

Qualifications

At least 1 year of work experience in Customer Services
Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Bilingual
Flexible
Team player
