Job Summary: Primary role will provide strategic support to the Regional HR Manager in the development and implementation of a wide range of HR initiatives that contribute to the organization’s culture, employee engagement and retention, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, HR data analysis, and supporting the overall HR strategic planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing existing workforce compared to future requirements in relevant departments, considering talent gaps, budgets, manpower planning, capacity development, and proper organizational structure.
Support in the implementation of compensation and benefits programs with the Group Compensation and Benefits function, conducting salary reviews, benchmarking against industry standards, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation and benefits practices in the market to attract and retain talents.
Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives, and career progression including training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Act as a focal point for employee wellbeing initiatives including medical insurance preventive plans, and wellness calendars with relevant providers.
Prepare annual/quarterly HR metrics to identify any trend requiring attention and recommend employee programs aiding better working practices, better adjustment to organizational change initiatives, and culture fit.
Profile

· Bachelor’s degree preferable in a related discipline.

· Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role

· Experience in job evaluation and design (Preferable)
