Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer records with high accuracy. You will also need to coordinate with different teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
