Our client, an European MNC, located in Dubai is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Representative The company offers a competitive salary and stable work environment.
The main responsibilities are:
Customer management;
To ensure customer masters are updated, Management of claims from customers according
to Agreements and Management of Agent commissions/rebates and their timely payment.
‘ 2. Order Management;
Follow up the Sales forecast, Liaise with Supply chain and Freight forwarders to coordinate
customer deliveries
‘ 3. Export Documentation handling;
Letter of Credit handling, Embassy legalisation etc.
Qualifications
At least 5 years’ of relevant work experience
French speaker
