ACCEL HRC
The requirement is for an Executive- HR. This position is based in Dubai and may involve travel across geographies.
Key responsibilities:
• Co-ordination and support with regard to various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, vendor management, document management, various insurances and performance appraisal.
• Addressing various requests from associates like certificates, NOC and all different kind of letters.
• Coordinating and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Ensuring timely reporting and updates to management.
• Any other related tasks may be communicated from time to time.
• Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
Required skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and follow-up on various activities.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Desired knowledge & experience:
• Post Graduate with specialization in HR.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an MNC company with multiple entities operating in different geographies.
• UAE experience is a must.
