A Customer Service Representative takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services company offers.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound and making outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Meet the qualitative and quantitative targets.
Validation and closing the complaint with the customers & in Systems.
Working on Orders such as Service Request, complaints, Inquiries, Sales and suggestions (follow up – editing – closing – updating).
Working on Mail & social media platforms to ensure that all customers are answered and served.
Requirements:
High school degree or above.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to diffuse tense situations.
English Language is preferred.
