Senior Human Resources Specialist Job Vacancy In Dubai
Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Employment
Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
Interviewing applicants
Administering pre-employment tests
Assisting with completing background investigations
Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
Introduce the induction program, team building program etc.
HR Development
Development and implementation of HR policies
Conducting training sessions
Administering on-the-job training programs
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
Implement performance management system based on KPIs and competency
Total Rewards
Analyzing job duties
Writing job descriptions
Performing job evaluations and job analyses
Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
Employee and Labor Relations
Assisting with processing employee grievances
Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
Maintaining employee leaves and attendance record
Planning and recommending suitable employee benefits scheme to HR manager
Supporting employees in preparing salary transfer letters, NOC etc.
Risk Management
Developing and administering health and safety programs
Conducting safety inspections
Maintaining accident records
Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field is required
Master’s in human resources field is preferred
A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role is required
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law is required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skill are required
Good understanding of full recruitment process is required
Intermediate skills are MS office is required
Knowledge of payroll process is preferred
