Head of Human Resources Jobs in Saudi Arabia
– The volume on developing policies and strategies, determining the recruitment, preservation and development of the company’s human resources and all specialization tasks in coordination with the Executive Director.
– Reviewing the achieved results to ensure their compatibility with the objective and approved pressures and policies to achieve the company’s goals in accessing human resources
– Periodically reports accomplishments and achievements in a musical and musical form to the administrative director along with her work as she works to improve and improve the work
– Consider setting the company’s human resources policies regarding the nature of work and in coordination with the CEO.
– Implementing the application of all Human Resources Department policies with the company’s employees and reporting any differences, achievements or accomplishments to the Executive Director
– Analyzing the company’s need for current and future manpower in coordination with the administrative director and department managers
– Preparing job specifications after job analysis according to competency standards
– Developing performance measurement indicators for each job in coordination with department managers and the administrative director so that they serve as a standard for goals and evaluation of the employee.
– Ensuring and following up on building good relationships with recruitment companies and their followers, such as: recruitment companies, recruitment website, company, recruitment websites, social media…etc.
– Managing transactions and selecting employees for all positions (according to the employment policy) by conducting an initial evaluation to participate in the final committee in coordination with the Executive Director and department managers.
– Monitoring the polarized innovation situation of the human company in coordination with the Managing Director and Judicial Issues Manager.
– The option of customizing the Human Resources Department according to its necessary needs and agreed upon in coordination with the Director of the Administrative Director.
– Supervising the heads of educational departments and sections on the importance of human resources and their work and ensuring their understanding of them in coordination with the administrative director.
– Supervising the situation and evaluating the company’s employees and others according to the company’s standards and similar jobs in the market and the desire to provide fair opportunities in coordination with management according to the company’s organizational structure in coordination with the CEO.
– Ensure that employee files, rosters, and insurance are complete and updated periodically through periodic auditing.
– It is observed according to the various departments regarding human resources in terms of induction periods, evaluation, training, employee relations…etc.
– Communicate with human resources departments in the local market and learn about developments in the human resources market and its requirements.
– Working to achieve commitments towards public administration and the job position.
– Establishing preventive measures against the company in coordination with the logical person and the CEO.
– Ensuring the application of the company’s departments and individuals to the internal company.
– Review the job specifications for each year to achieve progress or change in coordination with the partial departments and the administrative director
Carrying out functional management of any new position in coordination with the Administrative and Administrative Director.
– Follow up on ensuring reliable and confidential information about the various employees in the company.
– Registering employee electronics and information on the company’s human resources system
– Analyzing and proposing popular expenses (negative) to suit the constant desire to improve the company’s quantitative and qualitative performance (human matters) in coordination with the administrative director.
– Auditing and supervising the method of dealing with all paperwork related to contracts related to employee records according to the work of the Human Resources Department.
– Preparing expected reports and budgets in coordination with the judicial departments (human resources) in coordination with the administrative director.
– Preparing and submitting periodic and detailed reports to the Administrative Director and department managers on: employee turnover rate, gaps, improvement points, workforce control, abuses, and any other information that helps in proper management.
– Work on self-development permanently and through available channels: training, personal effort, active participants…etc.
– Any new task assigned by the public administration and related to job knowledge experiences.
Qualifation:
– Bachelor degree in business or human resources
– Excellent in English & Fluent in Arabic
– Aware of Saudi Labor law
– At least 5 years of experience in HR
