To comply with Qatar nationalization law, Arab Bank must hire a certain percentage of nationals from Qatar and this role is designated to achieve the required percentage.
Accountabilities and Key Roles:
Greet persons entering the branch in a professional and friendly manner in order to enhance the customer experience
Answer walk-in customers’ inquiries effectively and in a timely manner in order to save time and efforts for the customer and the branch
Promote the bank’s alternative channels to the customers through live training
Manage the branch floor by guiding customers to the most efficient alternative channel(s) or related branch zone
Provide basic information on Arab Bank’s programs, products and services whenever needed
Identify selling opportunities and direct them to the appropriate relationship area
Participate in sales campaigns for the branch when requested
Handle custody items and keys effectively and efficiently in adherence to P&Ps
Adherence to all Information Security policies and standards to protect the Bank’s employees, assets, resources and data from illegal or damaging actions by individuals, either knowingly or unknowingly
Job Requirements:
Education:
Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration or Finance
Experience:
Fresh graduates (subject to attending a training course related to the basics of Banking Industry)
Competencies:
Good command in English
Sufficient knowledge of Arab Bank’s products, services, rules and regulations
Computer Literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
