We are looking for a Creative Director to join our team and help create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, being responsible for preparation to execution.
Preparation in this role includes coming up with amazing, well thought out stories, scene preparation and creating fantastic sets before shooting takes place.
Responsibilities include:
– Creating Scripts, Sourcing Props & Directing
– Analysing competitor content, creating stories based on this and setting up creative sets
– Creating, managing & scheduling all social media posts
– Regular brainstorming with team on new ideas to elevate our content
– Using photoshop to make animated posts
– Supporting the team with Strategy Formation
– Weekly Team Meetings
Key characteristics
– Previous Experience in related fields
– Able to drive in UAE or have own mode of transport
– Bursting with creative ideas for our sets and helping execute this
– Talented with use of social media
– Patient & great working with Kids
– Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
– Enthusiastic and passionate with the ability to come up with great ideas
– Highly motivated
– Able to communicate ideas in a simple & effective manner
– Strong eye for detail and an innate aesthetic sense. Meticulous about object placements in
a frame during filming
– Analytical and creative thinker
