What You Will Be Doing
As our group Organization Design Manager, you will provide consultancy support to the businesses within the Chalhoub Group on organizational design, operating models and change.
With a mission to create healthy and sustainable organizations, we are looking for a strong team player who partners with our leaders, their teams and organizations to help them propel forward.
You will create a new internal organizational design service from scratch and act as a strategic advisor and and project leader for our businesses on organizational design and change.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a custodian and strategic advisor for a healthy and future-focused organizational design
Diagnose, scope, project manage and deliver organizational design projects across the group
Conduct organizational health reviews to ensure changes are producing sustainable results
Design OD frameworks, tools and interventions that can be easily scaled and are repeatable
Consult business leaders in operating models, organization and job design
Develop an OD consulting service and build OD capability in our leaders
Lead change management workstreams as part of organizational re-designs
Guide, consult and train our people partners in OD and change management
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Extensive experience in an Organizational Design role with expert OD knowledge and skills
Be future-focused – keeping abreast of current OD trends and emerging research in order to offer up-to-date, credible and innovative strategic advice
Have strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Be able to engage, influence and challenge business leaders – compelling the business to take action and overcome resistance to change
