Customer Service Representative Job vacancy In Al Jahra’, Kuwait

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to deliver best customer service. You will assist the department in achieving their objectives by delivering best & swift customer service for customers and vendor across multiple support platforms: email, live chat, instant messaging and phone.

1. Answer telephone and email inquiries regarding customer bookings, pricing, cancellations, amendments and billing queries.
2. Liaising with internal colleagues and external customers and in order to resolve problems and ensure an effective and professional service delivery.
3. Ensure all customer interactions adhere to our internal quality standards.
4. To explain the customers about the company policies; e.g.
return or exchange policy, refund policy, cancellation policy

• High School/ Pre-Degree minimum
• 2 years of experience in customer service/tele-sales
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic mandatory.
