Position: Customer Service Agent
Salary: up to AED 10K
Location: Abu Dhabi
Minimum 2 years of banking experience as CSR in banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– Communicating with customers through various channels.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
– Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
– Graduate in any field.
– Proficient in MS office (Excel/ PowerPoint etc)
– Minimum experience of 2-4 years in inbound & outbound call as well as chat process.
– Minimum 2 years of banking experience as CSR in banking industry.
– Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
