Customer Service Representative

Receiving customer request documents and handling queries in the front office.
Answering the calls received at front office and resolving the queries of the customers.
Checking the status of customer request and informing the client if any rejection. Periodic updating of internal service MIS with status.
Follow up with Mid Office and India Operations till the execution of the request.
To ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and provide the service to the customer as per defined timelines (TAT).
Liaise with customers and India team to resolve the service issues on behalf of the Managers/RM/RO
Preparing, maintaining and publishing the MIS to business team and provide data to Seniors at regular intervals and to undertake projects and assignments from time to time as directed by the supervisor/manager
