Job Title:

Senior Resources Development Analyst

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for supervising resources development activities including financial analysis on proposed projects and on CCHI’s conditions, monitoring financial results and comparing them with estimated results, monitoring deviations and proposing ways to correct them in accordance with policies and procedures.

Specific Operational:

Ensure adherence to the department’s documentary and accounting cycles to finalize work
Participate in the preparation of the investment strategic plan and escalate to Investment Team Leader for submission to the Resources Development Committee
Identify investment opportunities in accordance with investment regulations and investment strategic plan and escalate to Investment Team Leader
Analyze investment processes and ensure compliance with CCHI’s strategic plan and analyze deviations and escalate them to Team Leader to enforce corrective action implementation
Maintain records of correspondence, deals, and agreements with investment managers
Develop periodic Resources Development reports to provide a detailed view of the workflow and compare results with goals
Perform complex analytical study on available investment opportunities, identify best opportunity and present them to Team Leader to make recommendations to the Resources Development Committee
Study proposed investment alternatives and suggest optimal investment alternative and share with Investment Team Leader to escalate to Resources Development Committee
Participate in the preparation of portfolio diversification and investment distribution structure to avoid limitation to a specific type in compliance with CCHI’s direction and aspirations
Coordinate with Financial Affairs to identify cash requirements for operational and periodic expenditures and the amount of liquidity to be maintained
Develop and submit monthly and quarterly periodic reports or upon request to the Investment Team Leader outlining investment activity and the period of investment activity, the volume of investment funds and expected or agreed returns
Monitor cash flows in revenue account and request for the investment of available amounts
Study and analyze bank offers and those related to employees’ bank offers
Education, Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree inFinance or Accounting or a related field
The General Securities Qualification certificate (CME-1) or The Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing certificate (AML/CTF) (CME-2) or The Broker-Dealer Qualification certificate (CME-3) or International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management certificate (ICWIM) or Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification (FMVA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or any other equivalent certification is preferable
Basic requirements of oral and written English language (Basic)
Experience :

6+ years of relevant experience
Experience in resources development and management
Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is preferable
