As a Marketing Manager at Digital Vibes, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing plans that align with their goals. With a strong focus on digital marketing, you will lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns, analyze data, and optimize marketing initiatives to deliver measurable results. Your expertise in marketing strategy, project management, and team leadership will be essential in driving the success of our clients’ marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
– Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a marketing agency or related industry.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
– Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
– Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software, and project management tools.
– Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and measure campaign performance.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for marketing innovation.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
– Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Hub-spot, are preferred.
