Purpose of the Job:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently while following the company’s vision.
Job Accountabilities:
Handles high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
Deals walk-in customers to the head office and records their details accordingly for further action.
Communicate and follow up on customer inquiries.
Build a strong relationship with customers in terms of a high confidence level.
Process orders and send invoices to the accounts department.
Monitor the workflows on daily basis.
Maintain price lists to provide accurate information to the customers.
Conducts customer feedback surveys, analyzes results and provides reports.
Comply with and implement the local laws and client requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at the workplace.
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Computer knowledge.
