Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients in the real estate market using databases, online platforms, and referrals.
Provide information about available properties, projects, and investment opportunities to prospective clients by making outbound calls.
Understand the company’s real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and investment properties. Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing, features, and benefits.
Present property details over the phone, utilizing effective sales techniques, and addressing any objections or hesitations.
Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure data integrity and manage pipelines effectively.
Skills and qualifications:
A proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in real estate.
An excellent command of the language used for business communication (e.g., English).
The ability to speak Arabic fluently.
An individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection with resilience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
