Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via email, phone, and chat.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
